Invasive & Non-Native Plant Removal
Robinson Nature Center

We will continue to work on removing all non-native and invasive plants from the landscape; areas will include rain gardens, forest and meadow areas. Focused attention will include Japanese Stiltgrass, Autumn Olive, Wineberry, Mile-a-minute, Japanese Honeysuckle, Oriental Bittersweet and Japanese Barberry. All tools, gloves, snacks, refreshments and guidance are provided! A willingness to learn and a sense of adventure are required.

Please note:
- Please wear clothing suitable for working outdoors and close-toed shoes are required.
- Please meet at the center entrance, near the front doors.
- In the event of rain, this location will be cancelled.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Remember to dress for the weather conditions and wear closed-toe shoes. In the event of rain, outdoor FVD Opportunities may be cancelled.
